I am rooted in the unwavering belief that we have the power to create a world that centers humanity, values the collective, and prioritizes joy. Inspired by bell hooks’ ethic of love, I approach this work with the conviction to resist oppressive systems and instead foster environments that value rest, well-being, and connection.

I reimagine what is possible by merging storytelling, research, and creativity to provide real-life, opportunities for growth and change. With a curious and bold spirit, I dare to ask, “What if there is a better way? And what could it look like?”

¡Bienvenidos! I’m an independent bilingual (Spanish) consultant who specializes in creating more equitable and humanizing organizational environments. I provide services in various spaces with vast skills and knowledge in education and conflict resolution.

I believe in the power of the collective and empowering both individuals and organizations to engage with the necessary skills and awareness to fight off oppressive systems that intentionally keep us from liberation and joy. I am passionate about reimagining a more inclusive and justice-centered world. I believe this world is possible by cultivating joy in our everyday lives.

I offer educational workshops, coaching and consulting designed to embed equity, nurture inclusion as integral elements of thriving organizations, and cultivate joy.
